During and following healing sessions, I generally offer self care suggestions to my clients related to specific Acupressure points, yoga stretches, exercises, fitness activities, and/or nutritional modifications they might explore in improving their conditions of concern.

I also provide self care wellness consultation, to people who contact me, regarding their specific physical/medical concerns or with questions about Energy Medicine approaches to healing. I also frequently consult with HIV+ individuals (from newly sero-converted to long term thrivers), their family members, and caregivers on a myriad of issues related to living with HIV/AIDS and the side effects of anti-retroviral treatment.

I approach exploration of any issue from multiple perspectives and utilize web searches when I research any medical / health issue. I have an extensive network of skilled professionals in medicine, nursing and allied health fields, acupuncture and TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), fitness, nutrition, psychology, holistic healing, bodywork, aromatherapy, and HIV/AIDS that I frequently consult with and make referrals to.

In addition, the following are a few key resources that I tend to consult frequently in preparing for client sessions or recommend to clients and those I advise.
