PROTOCOLS FOR BODYWORK PRACTITIONERS

The following self care tools are processes I administer to myself routinely (daily), utilize with clients during their sessions, and teach clients to self administer so they are empowered, with actual processes, to impact their health and wellness in positive ways.

All of these tools and exercises are fully explained and taught in my classes or in one on one healing or wellness consultation sessions. Of course it is optimal to work with individuals as they learn and apply these tools. Recognizing direct interaction is not always possible, I make detailed description of these tools readily available here in download able, ready to print format. These simple tools are hopefully easy to understand and apply. If you feel you need more guidance, I invite you to enroll in a class or have a private healing session or consultation.

Also included are a reference chart and two protocols that will be of greater interest to massage therapists, body workers, and especially, Acupressure practitioners, for their adaptation and use with clients. These protocols are taught and practiced, under supervision, in my classes at the Acupressure Institute.

To access the desired tool/protocol, click on the name of the handout you wish to view and print.
